FUCKING PISSED

OMG, just received a chain message from some fucking retards from uni trying to get people to sign a petition to complain about the exam content, and a whole load of other shit, of the ADR assessment we just had and I got sooooo FUCKING PISSED that I just need to blog this out.

Among the fucking lame and non-substantiated complaints the dimwitted retards, who OBVIOUSLY did not put in fucking enough effort to study for the assessment and are now trying to come up with something to get their passes, came up with are:

1. The questions were UNNECESSARILY long and not like the ones in the Mock - Seriously, WTF?!!! Just fucking read faster la!!! You expect the questions to be exactly the same as the ones in the Mock so you can score every single on, isit? Fucking idiots.

2. Some of the questions were unnecessarily hard and is not like the ones in the Mock - So just because it's not as easy as you thought it is then you think there's grounds for complain la? Does it ever occur to you that if you have studied enough, you wouldn't find the questions hard AT ALL? I put in my fair share of studying and I do not find them UNNECESSARILY hard lo, true we need to think a bit for some but it's not rocket science, dudes! Re the Mock, refer above AND we have been reminded that the structure of the Mock will not be exactly the same and it is just to give us a feel of the assessments. Remember that repeatedly being told in class? Wait, you would have been sleeping, right? Imbeciles.

3. In the Mock, there is no question on this topic at all so a full 10marks on this topic is unexpected and a surprise - WOW, really a? Did you get tips eveyr time you have exams that you know EXACTLY what comes out so now you're so fuck ass lazy to study properly and just rely on the Mock which is just an exercise for you to test your level of knowledge and to give you a TASTE of the real assessment. Note the word TASTE and not a chance to do the ACTUAL assessment in the MOCK. Wake-up call: Exam questions very rarely duplicate the same structure of Mocks AND if you can survive without Mocks in your Undergrad years, why are you basing your pass or fail on this subject on the Mock alone? Too fucking retarded and ass shit lazy to study, right? FUCK.

4. The overall questions were UTTERLY unreasonable esp since the pass mark is 60% - Oh, so if the pass mark were 50%, it would be okay? Just because the passing mark has increased, the overall standard of the assessments have to be downgraded to accommodate all you lazy fuckers who don't want to put in some effort to study la? The what's the point of raising the pass mark? Use your brain once in a while AND the questions asked were not hard at all!!! Some a bit tricky, maybe but HARD? What's your IQ? Did you pay your way to get your degree? Fucktards.

5. Although advised to follow LGS and SGS materials, some questions were asked from areas not covered properly in SGS - I can personally vouch that EVERYTHING asked in the assessment can all be found in the LGS notes (coz I did my notes based on them and I know the answers to 90% of the paper) and most are covered in SGS. You're not supposed to rely ONLY on SGS OR LGS stuff and if you've bothered to even READ the LGS notes and do your revision properly, you would not have missed the one or two topics not covered in SGS coz we have been told that what we would be tested on!!! Fuckers.

6. Students relied on the LGS and SGS notes both because of tutor’s advice and because they did not get any study time before the ADR assessment; the time students od have is not sufficient at all to go through the huge ADR book - One, the HUGE book is so fucking thin compared to some law textbooks we've had so don't fucking exaggerate. Two, tutors have repeated time and again that you should use the notes as a GUIDE for revision and not as your Holy Bible, ok? Three, I had time to consolidate the LGS notes and add in my own notes in four days and study properly before the ADR assessment, just that I had around 10 hours of sleep in 5 days but it was worth it. Did it ever occurred to you fucking lazy asses to do that? That it could be done instead of going online, drinking, watching TV, sleeping or whatever else you deepshits do? To be able to pass your paper, you have to put in EFFORT! Do you expect to quickly GLIMPSE through everything and you'll be able to pass if you have not been consistent in your work or if you've never bothered to study properly??? Well, you can, if you're a genius or if you've a photographic memory -which you're obviously not since you're raising all these stupid complaints now, right? Lazy buggers.

7. Two topics were not covered and this was not taken into account in the questions set - Do you know that the two chapters only take up a total of approximately 20 - 25 pages in the HUGE ADR book? How long will take you to read it through? If you actually summarize them, the main point will only be one page for each topic. Do you know?!!! Just fucking spend your time studying instead of wasting your time after the assessment itself to come up with these stupid excuses for when you have to explain to your family why you fucking failed!!! Am sure this stupid thing was initiated by some spoiled kids who don't have to pay their fees themselves - if you have to, you would take the course seriously cos you wouldn't want to waste £15k of your hard-earned money, do you? Dumbshits.

8. There's not enough time to study and relax before the assessment- Fucking prioritize and manage your own schedule!!! In the real world, you would have to meet deadlines and a tight schedules as well. Think the world is a bed of roses is it? Time to wake up, you lazy asses!

9. There was some noise in the exam hall - Wahhh, nothing left to complain about isit? Just fucking concentrate on the assessment!!! I did not hear anything in the exam hall lo... If you have time to notice this, it means your monkey brains were so empty that you couldn't write anything and were damn free while looking around for divine intervention that you could hear the discreet noises, right? Morons.

10. We spent so much money on the course so they should not screw with us - Oh, just so you pay for the course you expect to pass la isit? How come it's so easy and I never know one? Should have told me earlier ma, then I don't have to study as well lo... Can follow you fucking slackers and play around all day la! FYI, they did not screw you, the questions are easy enough if you've actually studied!!!!!! Assholes.

END OF STORY: Fucking go study and don't complain if you've never bothered to put in the effort!!! Am seriously pissed off that some people think that the only thing to do to pass exams is not study but to make formal complaints about the exam questions. Just thinking is one thing but to have the gall and cheek to even raise this up is BEYOND BELIEF - what are you doing in the Bar course, or in any serious subjects of study for that matter, anyway if you're not going to take it seriously?

Okay, here's a pic of Gypsy dear to defuse my fury - ahhhh <3
